A Wellness Technology Executive is responsible for operating wellness and therapeutic equipment, assisting clients with wellness treatments, monitoring treatment sessions, maintaining equipment functionality, and ensuring a high standard of customer care. The role combines technology-based wellness solutions with client support to promote overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage wellness and therapeutic equipment according to established protocols.
- Conduct wellness treatment sessions and guide clients throughout the treatment process.
- Educate clients on wellness programs, treatment benefits, and recommended usage schedules.
- Monitor client comfort and safety during treatment sessions.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client reports.
- Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing treatment plans.
- Address client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support wellness assessments and recommend suitable treatment options based on established guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare and wellness teams to deliver effective client outcomes.
- Maintain inventory of consumables and treatment-related materials.
Skills & Competencies:
