We are looking for an experienced Senior Visa Counsellor to guide students and clients through the visa application process. The candidate should have strong knowledge of visa procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle cases independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students/clients regarding study, work, and tourist visa options
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries and visa categories
- Provide accurate information on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures
- Handle end-to-end visa application process and follow-ups
- Prepare and verify visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and service providers when required
- Maintain client records and update application status regularly
- Achieve monthly counselling and visa conversion targets
- Stay updated with the latest immigration and visa regulations
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor
- Strong knowledge of visa processes (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle clients independently and close cases
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
