As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring that software products meet the highest quality standards.You will be responsible for executing manual and automated tests, identifying issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Execute manual and automated testing throughout the product or solution lifecycle.

Conduct tests and analyze results related to ServiceNow integrations and third party tools.

Report identified anomalies, track root causes, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

Maintain and optimize test suites based on evolving customizations or configurations.

Monitor QA performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process quality and efficiency.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, documentation, and communication.

Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure comprehensive functional coverage.

Stay informed about QA tools and practices to suggest improvements.

Proven experience as a QA Analyst.

Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automated testing

Experience with complex workflows, large-scale projects and Servicenow integrations.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset and problem solving abilities.

Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in an IT and/or Telecommunications environment.

Knowledge of ServiceNow and its integrations.

ISTQB certification, QA micro-certifications, or ServiceNow certifications.

Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
