Imentus Technologies is hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) for International Markets. This is a complete end-to-end sales role, applicable to both Product Sales and Service Sales, with clearly defined revenue targets.
Job Overview
The selected candidate will independently manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, for international clients. The role is performance-driven and suited for professionals with proven international B2B sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end international sales for products or IT services
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and sales platforms
- Conduct client discussions, demos, negotiations, and closures
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
- Coordinate internal handover post-closure
- Meet assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Experience & Skills Required
- 2–4 years of experience in International B2B Sales (IT preferred)
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach
