About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to design engaging educational content for preschools. The ideal candidate will develop curriculums, activity plans, and meal planners that support early childhood learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop age-appropriate curriculums for preschool students
- Create weekly, monthly, and yearly planners covering academics, activities, and themes
- Develop activity plans (art, craft, sensory, motor skills, etc.) aligned with learning objectives
- Design meal planners in coordination with nutritional guidelines for preschoolers
- Create visually appealing worksheets, charts, and printable materials using CorelDRAW
- Collaborate with the academic/teaching team to ensure content aligns with curriculum goals
- Review and update existing content based on feedback and learning outcomes
- Ensure all content is age-appropriate, engaging, and pedagogically sound
- Maintain content quality, consistency, and brand guidelines across all materials
Requirements
- Proven experience in content development, preferably in early childhood/preschool education
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW is mandatory
- Must own a personal laptop (required for work)
- Strong understanding of early childhood education concepts and developmental milestones
- Excellent written communication and creative skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience creating educational planners, worksheets, or curriculum content preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Design, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
- Understanding of preschool/kindergarten teaching methodologies (Montessori, play-based learning, etc.)
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
