Team Size: 3 at warehouse
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager / Operations Manager to manage post-sales coordination, inventory movement, warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and timely delivery of power and IT products including UPS, batteries, cables, switchgear, and related electrical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales order processing from confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, transporters, and customers for smooth execution.
- Plan and monitor inventory, stock allocation, and replenishment.
- Oversee warehouse operations at Dombivali, including inward, outward, storage, and stock accuracy.
- Supervise and guide a warehouse team of 3 members.
- Track dispatches, delivery timelines, and proof of delivery.
- Handle customer follow-ups related to delivery status, shortages, damages, and delays.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on stock and dispatch status.
- Ensure proper documentation and process compliance.
- Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or post-sales coordination.
- Experience in power products, electrical products, IT products, or industrial distribution preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA or Diploma in Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics preferred.
Preferred Profile
- Candidate with experience in UPS, batteries, cables, switchgear, or similar product segments.
- Exposure to Mumbai logistics and warehouse operations, especially Dombivli, will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
