- Operate plastic extrusion machines as per production requirements.
- Start, run, stop, and monitor extrusion machines safely.
- Feed the required plastic raw materials into the machine.
- Check and maintain machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and output.
- Monitor the extrusion process continuously during production.
- Ensure the product is manufactured according to specified size, shape, and quality standards.
- Perform routine checks on raw materials, machine conditions, and finished products.
- Identify abnormalities such as uneven extrusion, material blockage, temperature variation, or dimensional defects.
Required Skills
- 0–3 years of experience as a plastic extrusion machine operator preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical training may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of plastic extrusion processes and machinery.
- Ability to understand and follow machine operating instructions.
- Knowledge of basic machine parameters and process controls.
- Ability to identify common extrusion defects.
Qualification: 10th/12th/ ITI/Diploma/equivalent technical qualification preferred.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
