Meta Ads Specialist (Remote | Part-Time | Flexible Hours)
We're looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to help scale our Shopify e-commerce brand through Facebook and Instagram advertising.
This is a remote, part-time role with flexible working hours. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks strategically, and focuses on delivering measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Test new audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
- Set up and manage Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
- Work closely with the creative team to improve ad performance
- Optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion data
- Prepare weekly performance reports and recommendations
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
- Experience working with Shopify or D2C/e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling brands with monthly Meta ad budgets above ₹2 lakh
- Experience in fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify analytics
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
