- Loan & Portfolio Management: Responsible for overseeing, managing, and, in some cases, originating consumer loan products provided by the platform.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively addresses customer complaints, queries, and issues, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Cross-selling/Upselling: Identifies opportunities to offer additional financial products such as personal loans, insurance, or credit cards.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Uses CRM tools to monitor customer behavior, analyze trends, and prepare reports on customer satisfaction and performance.
- Compliance: Ensures all interactions and transactions comply with company policies and financial regulations.
