Job Description
The Senior Manager, Treatment Planning Operations overseas multi-functional treatment planning operations within India, serving as a key global delivery hub. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, scalability, and high-quality service delivery aligned with the company’s global strategic and financial objectives.
The Sr. Manager partners closely with global and regional leadership to develop and execute strategies that support business growth, optimize operational efficiency, and meet evolving market demands. This role operates within financial plans set by senior management, establishing budgets, defining short- and long-term objectives, and implementing performance metrics to monitor success.
Additionally, the Sr. Manager ensures alignment across cross-functional areas including Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, Finance, and Commercial teams. Through strong leadership and governance, this role drives organizational effectiveness, talent development, and continuous improvement across the India operations. This role is based in Hyderabad, India.
In this role, you will…
- Lead and oversee treatment planning operations in India, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality delivery of services to support global business needs and patient care.
- Drive operational performance through continuous improvement initiatives, productivity enhancements, and cost optimization strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and service excellence across all operations.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align operational execution with commercial, marketing, and product strategies.
- Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and achieving operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations, global standards, Align Code of Conduct, and internal policies.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organization, including talent acquisition, capability building, engagement, and retention.
- Establish India operations as a strategic global hub, supporting scalable delivery models and cross-regional collaboration.
- Provide leadership, direction, and governance to senior managers responsible for key operational functions.
- Serve as an influential and collaborative leader across the organization, fostering a culture aligned with Align’s core values.
- Navigate complex and ambiguous business challenges, translating strategy into execution across multiple functional areas.
- Identify key operational and strategic issues, providing direction and solutions based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain deep expertise in treatment planning operations, business strategies, and industry trends, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or postgraduate degree preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in operations leadership, preferably in global delivery environments or shared services centers.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational performance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive transformation, operational excellence, and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
