Job Description
Hello Heels is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our footwear store at AIPL Joy Street Mall, Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the right footwear.
- Explain product features, sizes, styles, and prices.
- Help customers with trials and product selection.
- Maintain a neat and attractive store display.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Work towards achieving daily/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support the team in daily store operations and billing when required.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
