Loyal Web Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive with around fresher to 6 months of experience in IT sales or a related field. This role is ideal for someone who has a basic understanding of business development processes and is ready to take ownership of lead generation, client communication, and sales support activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities in both global and local markets.
- Execute and support cold outreach strategies, including email campaigns, LinkedIn/social media engagement, and lead nurturing.
- Actively work on online bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer—identify relevant projects, submit proposals, and follow up with prospects.
- Draft professional and persuasive business proposals and pitches tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings with potential clients for the senior sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead, client, and sales activity data.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, or Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
