Position: Purchase Executive
Location: Padra, Vadodara

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5+ Years
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities for mechanical engineering items, industrial components, fabrication materials, consumables, and project-related purchases.
- Handle vendor identification, vendor development, quotation analysis, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) through SAP.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Planning, and Accounts departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Source materials as per technical specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality compliance.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation in SAP.
- Conduct market analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop alternative suppliers for critical engineering and mechanical items.
- Ensure timely follow-up with vendors for deliveries and issue resolution.
- Maintain inventory coordination to avoid production disruptions.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchase within an Engineering Manufacturing Company.
- Hands-on working experience in SAP is mandatory.
- Experience in purchasing Mechanical Engineering Items is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, procurement planning, and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to understand engineering specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
