Responsible for leading end-to-end execution of residential construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control, and coordination across all project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely achievement of project milestones
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, contracts, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and quality standards
- Resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues
- Control project costs and optimize resource utilization
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to management
- Lead, mentor, and manage project engineers, site teams, and contractors
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of residential construction and project execution
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, billing, estimation, and cost control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office
Qualification & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA/Project Management certification is an added advantage)
- 12–18 years of experience in residential construction projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Head or senior project management role
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in high-rise residential buildings, townships, villas, apartments, and mixed-use residential developments
- Strong exposure to project planning, execution, billing, contract management, quality assurance, and statutory approvals
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
