Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join our growing solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of solar power systems. The role requires basic technical knowledge, the ability to work at project sites, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Install and commission solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, cables, and other solar system components.
- Conduct site visits and assist in identifying suitable locations for solar system installation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar power systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, wiring, and electrical connections.
- Ensure proper installation according to approved technical drawings and company standards.
- Carry out electrical wiring, connections, testing, and system commissioning.
- Inspect installed solar systems to ensure proper performance and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members during project execution.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials properly.
- Prepare and submit installation, service, and maintenance reports as required.
- Attend customer complaints and provide technical support whenever necessary.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and use appropriate safety equipment while working.
- Ensure projects are completed within the given timeline and quality standards.
- Travel to different project locations within the assigned district or across Odisha when required.
Required Qualifications
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a relevant technical field.
- Candidates with solar installation training or certification will be preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring is preferred.
- Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and solar installation will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Basic electrical and technical knowledge.

- Ability to use basic electrical and installation tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
