Zome India is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the company's human resource function. The role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring statutory compliance, building a high-performance culture, and supporting business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning to ensure timely hiring across Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Operations, and Support functions.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Performance & Employee Development: Drive KRAs/KPIs, performance appraisals, probation reviews, employee training, succession planning, and initiatives to improve productivity and retention.
- Employee Relations & Organizational Culture: Resolve employee grievances, implement HR policies, maintain workplace discipline, and foster a positive, performance-driven work environment.
- HR Strategy & Business Support: Partner with management on organizational planning, HR analytics, policy formulation, compensation benchmarking, and employee engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
