DigiCircal is urgently hiring for a Video Editor.
We are seeking an experienced video editor to join the organisation. You will collaborate with our creative team to transform raw material into a high-quality final product. You’ll be responsible for creating storyboards, producing short-form and long-form content, creating and adding graphics and animations, and adding music and special effects.
Responsibilities:
- Edit video content for multiple outlets and social media.
- Evaluate raw footage and review shot lists and storyboards.
- Enhance video footages.
- Add, improve and enhance background and foreground music.
- Implement effective storytelling techniques.
- Suggest and implement appropriate special effects and music additions.
Qualifications:
- Min. a bachelor’s degree in film studies, production, video editing, visual effects, cinematography, graphic design, or a related field.
- Min. 1yr internsgip or professional work experience in the relate field.
- Proficiency with video editing software, including Adobe Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, and Avid Media Composer.
- Profieciency with AI tools for videos like Descript, Canva, CapCut etc. ( MUST )
- Advanced understanding of sound effects and special effects.
- Excellency in meeting deadlines.
- Experience with digital video editing and motion graphics.
- Good verbal and written communication. ( MUST )
- MUST be presentable.
