Position Summary
EVO Innovative Surfaces is seeking a highly disciplined, result-oriented, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse, inventory, dispatch, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure 100% inventory accuracy, timely dispatches, team productivity, workplace safety, and continuous process improvement while maintaining the highest operational standards. The role requires strong leadership, accountability, and data-driven decision-making. Inventory accuracy, staff management, safety compliance, and on-time dispatch are core responsibilities of warehouse management roles.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Manage complete warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Ensure smooth receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement SOPs for warehouse activities.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage systems.
Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory accuracy above 99%.
- Conduct daily stock verification and monthly audits.
- Monitor slow-moving, dead, damaged, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure proper FIFO inventory management.
- Investigate and resolve stock variances immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel systems.
Dispatch & Logistics
- Ensure all customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and delivery commitments.
- Reduce dispatch errors, damages, and delays.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse supervisors and staff.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Conduct daily morning meetings and productivity reviews.
- Develop a culture of ownership, accountability, and teamwork.
- Manage attendance, discipline, and workforce planning.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox meetings.
- Maintain equipment, racks, tools, and warehouse infrastructure.
- Minimize workplace accidents and operational risks.
- Enforce PPE and safety protocols at all times. Safety compliance and safe equipment usage are key responsibilities for warehouse managers.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track inventory, dispatch, productivity, and manpower KPIs.
- Analyze operational data and implement improvements.
- Present MIS reports to management.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
- Warehouse Management Certification preferred.
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and inventory systems.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of warehouse experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience handling inventory, dispatch, and logistics operations.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
