Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Fresher can also apply)
- 0 to 1 years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment
- Knowledge of QC tools — inspection, measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, CMM)
- Familiar with ISO 9001 QMS, drawings & GD&T
- Basic knowledge of welding, fabrication, machining processes
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an added advantage
Responsibilities
Production Role:
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet delivery targets
- Coordinate with stores, maintenance, and design teams for smooth operations
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and downtime issues
Quality Control Role:
- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), and CAPA
- Ensure products meet drawings, standards, and customer specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis for rejections and implement corrective actions
- Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments
General
- Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping (5S), and company procedures
- Support internal and external quality audits
- Coordinate with customers/vendors on quality-related matters
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
