Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential customers, new business opportunities, and target markets.
2. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, exhibitions, and referrals.
3. Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and site surveys to understand requirements.
4. Send quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders in line with company policies.
5. Maintain and update Sales Tracker, follow‐ups, and change status regularly.
6. Ensure timely submission of DAR (Daily Activity Report) and weekly sales planning.
7.Coordinate with Design, Production, and Service teams for smooth execution.
8. Track payments and ensure collection as per agreed timelines.
9. Prepare and review tender documents, RFQs, proposals, and work orders.
10. Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
11. Provide after‐sales support and coordinate for service requirements.
12. Understand competitors, pricing, and market movements; submit Market Intelligence Reports.
13. Handle documentation including vendor registration, approvals, and certifications.
14. Adhere to company Sales Policies, Travel Policy, and Code of Conduct.
15. Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and customer interactions.

Skills & Competencies Required:
1. Strong communication & presentation skills
2. Ability to understand technical drawings and mechanical terminology (AutoCAD exposure preferred)
3. Negotiation and convincing ability
4. Time management and structured reporting
5. Team coordination and problem‐solving attitude
6. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Email drafting, and documentation
7. Self‐motivated, target‐driven, and ready to travel
Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical / Electrical / Production or Graduate with technical aptitude 2–7 years of Industrial Equipment / Material Handling Equipment / Capital Goods sales experience preferred Freshers with strong learning ability may also apply for trainee roles
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
