We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our Onecom Partners team in India. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management for our India-based operations team. Your primary focus will be to foster a highly engaged, high-performing team culture while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and support to our valued partner base.
As the single reporting line for all India employees within the Partner Operations division, you will drive consistent people management, support professional development, and ensure seamless alignment with our UK operational requirements.
Lead, manage, and inspire all Onecom Partners India employees, cultivating a positive and high-performing team environment.
Manage team schedules, including attendance, absences, and holidays, while promoting employee wellbeing in line with company policies.
Holidays: 18 days of annual leave (including 6 UK Bank Holidays), 7 days of casual leave, 7 days of sick leave, and a Birthday Break.
Public Holidays: 7 Indian public holidays.
Medical Insurance: Available upon successful completion of the probation period.
