About the Role
Bawa Hospital is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Patient Relationship Team. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential patients through inbound and outbound calls, follow up on enquiries and leads, educate patients about hospital services, and convert enquiries into OPD visits, procedures, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with patient enquiries received through website, social media, WhatsApp, Google, and other marketing campaigns.
- Convert leads into OPD appointments and hospital visits.
- Explain hospital specialties, doctors' availability, health packages, and treatment services.
- Coordinate appointments with consultants and departments.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups in the CRM/HIMS.
- Follow up with patients who missed appointments.
- Build positive relationships with patients and their families.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and front office teams to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with relevant experience may also apply
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Care, Patient Counselling, Sales, or Healthcare preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in Hindi (Punjabi is an added advantage)
- Basic English communication
- Good convincing and counselling skills
- Positive and empathetic attitude
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
- Ability to handle patient queries professionally
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
