About the Role
CS Soft Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Frontend Designer with 4+ years of experience in designing and developing modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces for web applications.
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable frontend code.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and accessibility.
- Maintain consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, design trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in frontend development and UI implementation.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar CSS frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with React.js (preferred).
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
