We are looking for a Dedicated Customer Professional (DCP) with experience in export documentation to manage customer orders, coordinate with international clients, and ensure smooth execution of export processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Follow up on orders and provide regular status updates to clients
- Communicate professionally with international customers to resolve queries and concerns
- Prepare and manage export documentation as per international trade regulations
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely shipment delivery
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on pending invoices
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (especially with international clients)
- Knowledge of export documentation and logistics
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma (Preferred)
- Experience: 1–5 years (Export Documentation experience is mandatory)
