- Lead, motivate, and manage the telesales team to meet daily and monthly targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Handle escalated customer calls and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or BPO with leadership experience
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Target-oriented with a results-driven approach
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
