Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company database.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain Prime Gold Hub's gold buying process, current offers, and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule branch visits or doorstep appointments.
- Follow up with customers and encourage them to sell their gold with Prime Gold Hub.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM or call register.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Coordinate with the branch team for customer appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
