Position: Reservation Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Reservation Executive to manage guest bookings, handle enquiries, and ensure a smooth reservation experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to provide excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest reservations through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms
- Provide information about room availability, rates, packages, and resort facilities
- Process new bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests accurately
- Maintain reservation records and update booking details in the system
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments for guest requirements
- Follow up on enquiries and convert potential bookings into confirmed reservations
- Handle corporate, group, and travel agent bookings
- Assist guests with queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Promote resort packages and upsell additional services when required
- Prepare daily reservation reports and maintain proper documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel/resort reservations or front office preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of hotel booking software/PMS and online travel platforms is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
