We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant PMO to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, documentation, reporting, resource tracking, and stakeholder communication while ensuring adherence to organizational processes and timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
- Follow up with team members on pending tasks and project milestones.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and change logs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports for management.
- Ensure all project documents are updated, organized, and stored according to company standards.
- Generate dashboards and MIS reports for project performance tracking.
PMO Governance & Compliance
- Support implementation and adherence to PMO policies, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them when required.
- Assist in maintaining project templates and standard operating procedures.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, vendors, and management.
- Share project updates and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Support project reviews, audits, and governance meetings.
Resource & Administrative Support
- Maintain resource allocation and utilization records.
- Track project budgets, invoices, and procurement requests where applicable.
- Assist in onboarding project team members and maintaining project-related databases.
- Support administrative activities related to project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Operations, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
