Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain our products and services, and maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and solutions clearly to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update call records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic assistance.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in Excel/CRM.
- Provide regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and positive attitude while speaking with customers.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Language Requirements
Candidates with good communication skills in Tamil and English are preferred.
Knowledge of Malayalam, Telugu, or Hindi will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be preferred.
