FEET & YARD is a growing real estate company helping customers find the right property investment and purchase opportunities. We’re looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Sales Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources
- Understand clients’ property requirements, preferences, and budget
- Explain property projects, locations, pricing, and payment plans to customers
- Conduct property site visits and guide prospective buyers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into bookings
- Negotiate and support clients throughout the sales process
- Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay current on market trends, property prices, and competing projects
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Target-oriented approach
- Basic real estate knowledge is a plus, not mandatory
