Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B industrial sales and experience selling raw materials to manufacturing industries. This role involves developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial zones and manufacturing hubs.
- Visit potential customers and conduct product presentations.
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market mapping.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, pricing, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain CRM records.
- Drive business development initiatives within the assigned territory.

Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B field sales within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience in business development and key account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer relationships and sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Salary
₹1,20,000 – ₹1,25,000 CTC per month
