About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Consultant to join our luxury retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting lab-grown diamond jewellery, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand's premium image.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences.
- Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds, their benefits, quality parameters (4Cs), and certification.
- Present and demonstrate jewellery collections effectively to drive sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a personalized shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales service requests professionally.
- Maintain product displays, inventory records, and showroom cleanliness.
- Assist in stock management, billing, and order processing.
- Follow company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards.
- Generate repeat business through client follow-ups and referrals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
