· Coordinate with banks for issuance of Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs).
· Handle closure of Shipping Bills (SB) and Bills of Entry (BOE) with banks after completion of
transactions.
· Follow up with banks for export and import payment realization within RBI timelines.
· Manage LC operations – opening, draft scrutiny, acceptance, negotiation, and release of
documents with the bank.
· Prepare and submit collection documents for LC and at-sight payments.
· Ensure timely closure of EDPMS & IDPMS entries in liaison with banks to comply with
RBI/FEMA regulations.
· Maintain compliance with DGFT regulations, FEMA guidelines, GST requirements, and
Customs notifications.
· Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and internal logistics for smooth documentation flow.
· Monitor outstanding receivables/payables with banks and provide periodic MIS to
management.
· Assist in external and internal audits by providing necessary banking documentation.
Pay: ₹10,077.92 - ₹25,000.00 per month
