We are looking for an F&B Head who leads with heart. Someone who walks into a dining room and instinctively knows what needs to be done. Someone whose team wants to follow them, not because they have to, but because they genuinely inspire. If you have a deep love for food, service, and people, we want to meet you. What You'll Do
- Own the entire Food & Beverage operation — dining, room service, and special setups
- Build, lead, and mentor the F&B service team to deliver warm, world-class hospitality
- Work closely with the Kitchen Head to align menus, service flow, and guest experience
- Create memorable dining moments — from a quiet breakfast to a candlelight dinner under the stars
- Handle guest feedback, special requests, and dietary needs with grace and efficiency
- Manage F&B inventory, daily briefings, shift planning, and service SOPs
- Plan and execute special experiences — anniversary setups, birthday celebrations, private dining
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety at all times
- Represent the F&B department with pride and ownership to hotel management
- Eager to learn and cross - trained in other department.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in F&B service or management — the amount matters less than the quality
- A genuine passion for hospitality and an instinct for making guests feel special
- Natural leadership — the ability to motivate and bring out the best in a small team
- Confident communicator in Hindi; English is a strong advantage
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and never rattled by a busy service
- Flexible with shift timings including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Hotel, resort, or fine dining experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Someone who takes pride in their work, their team, and their property
