Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle across various levels and specializations.
- Execute talent acquisition campaigns and conduct interviews.
- Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
- Design and implement effective hiring strategies that reduce turnaround time and improve candidate quality.
- Build strategic partnerships with universities, training institutes, and local recruitment agencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare regular performance and hiring reports for senior management.
- Participate in workforce planning and annual hiring forecasts.
- Handle contract management and documentation within India and abroad.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment or human resources management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale or mass hiring projects.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
