Domestic IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter
Location: initially remote for 2 months, then onsite in Srinigar– Kashmir

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing IT professionals for clients across India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing through job portals and social platforms, and handling multiple IT requirements within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and source suitable IT candidates.
- Work on technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, Networking, AI/ML, etc.
- Source candidates through:
- Naukri
- LinkedIn
- Indeed
- Monster
- Internal database
- Employee referrals
- Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.
- Schedule technical interviews with clients/panels.
- Negotiate salary and ensure offer closures.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT).
Required SkillsMandatory Skills
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles.
- Experience in domestic IT recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with contract/permanent staffing.
- Knowledge of ATS/recruitment tools.
- Experience working with product-based or service-based clients.
- Basic understanding of cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, or AI hiring.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred.
Experience Required
- 1–5 years in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Experience handling mid-level and senior IT positions preferred.
