Core Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement: Actively drive sales, set daily/weekly targets for the floor staff, and assist with complex or premium customer sales.
Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and mentor sales associates on product knowledge (karats, making charges, gemstone quality) and selling techniques.
Customer Service & CRM: Handle VIP clients, address customer feedback or complaints promptly, and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
Inventory & Security Management: Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, maintain secure cash handling, ensure accurate billing, and conduct routine inventory audits to prevent shrinkage.
Showroom Operations: Manage staff scheduling, ensure displays meet brand standards, and ensure strict compliance with company policies and legal auditing requirements.
Expected Skills
Deep understanding of gold purity, diamond grading, and current jewellery trends.
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and retail POS (Point of Sale) billing systems.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills for estimating making charges and reviewing daily sales reports
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
