Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who thinks beyond posting content.
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and lead social media strategies that help brands grow, build authority, generate engagement, and achieve business goals.
This role requires someone who can understand a brand deeply, identify opportunities, create strategic content directions, and confidently present ideas to clients. Content management is important, but strategy comes first.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies for assigned brands.
- Create platform-specific growth plans based on business objectives.
- Identify content opportunities, campaign ideas, audience insights, and market trends.
- Recommend new initiatives to improve reach, engagement, brand positioning, and lead generation.
- Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure every content piece serves a clear business and branding purpose.
Content Calendar & Strategy Documentation
- Create comprehensive monthly content calendars.
- Prepare detailed strategy documents outlining:
- Content pillars
- Campaign ideas
- Target audience insights
- Monthly objectives
- Growth opportunities
- Platform recommendations
- Ensure content plans are aligned with overall brand goals.
Client Management & Meetings
- Attend client meetings regularly.
- Lead discussions around content direction, strategy, performance, and upcoming campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable plans.
- Present content calendars, strategy decks, and campaign concepts with confidence.
Content Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, editors, and copywriters.
- Review content before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Manage content approvals and delivery timelines.
Social Media Management
- Manage and oversee Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels.
- Monitor community engagement and audience interactions.
Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze content performance.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Optimize strategies based on performance data and audience behavior.
Trend & Competitor Research
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging content formats.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management, Brand Strategy, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience psychology, and brand positioning.
- Proven experience creating social media strategies and content plans.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to confidently lead client discussions and strategic reviews.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience working with multiple brands simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Digital marketing experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of branding, marketing funnels, and digital growth strategies.
- Ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
