Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bank Operations & MIS Executive to manage banking operations, maintain accurate MIS reports, coordinate with banking partners, and ensure seamless processing of customer loan files. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and experience in banking or financial operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBank Operations
- Coordinate with banks and NBFC partners for smooth loan processing.
- Track loan applications from login to disbursement.
- Follow up with banking partners for approvals, sanctions, and payouts.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
- Verify customer and dealer documentation before submission.
- Monitor turnaround time (TAT) for loan processing.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate reports on loan disbursements, approvals, rejections, pending cases, and payouts.
- Maintain operational dashboards using Excel.
- Analyze business performance and identify trends.
- Ensure data accuracy across internal systems.
Data Management
- Update CRM and internal databases with accurate information.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation.
- Maintain records of bank-wise and dealer-wise performance.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and business insights.
Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Banking teams.
- Coordinate with dealership partners for document collection and status updates.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF functions, Data Validation).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Knowledge of banking operations and loan processing is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM or MIS software is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Banking Operations, MIS, Financial Services, or NBFC operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
