About the Role
Connecting Dots ERP is looking for an experienced HR Analytics & HR Trainer who can combine practical HR Analytics expertise with excellent training skills. We are seeking professionals who have hands-on industry experience and are passionate about sharing their knowledge with aspiring HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive HR Analytics training sessions.
- Train learners on HR Metrics, HR Dashboards, HR Reporting, and Workforce Analytics.
- Explain HR Analytics concepts using practical business scenarios and real-time case studies.
- Guide students in data interpretation, dashboard creation, and HR decision-making.
- Assist learners with assignments, projects, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest HR Analytics tools, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
- HR Analytics: Ability to analyze HR data, identify workforce trends, and provide actionable business insights.
- Advanced MS Excel: Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, advanced formulas, charts, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Power BI: Experience in creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for HR decision-making.
- HR Metrics & KPIs: Understanding of key HR metrics such as attrition, employee turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, retention, and workforce productivity.
- Data Visualization: Ability to present HR data using charts, dashboards, and graphical reports for better business understanding.
- HR Reporting: Experience preparing and interpreting HR reports to support management decisions.
- Training & Facilitation: Strong capability to conduct engaging classroom or online training sessions using practical examples and case studies.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret HR data, identify patterns, and recommend practical solutions.
- Mentoring: Guide learners with projects, assignments, resume building, and interview preparation.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR Analytics and/or HR Training.
- Prior experience as an HR Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or HR Analytics Consultant is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in HR Analytics projects and dashboard creation is highly desirable.
- Candidates with both industry and training experience will be given preference.
