Roles and responsibilities
- Issuing and Receiving: Handing out hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and safety gear to employees and logging them in or out of the system.
- Inventory Tracking: Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of tools and equipment used in manufacturing
- Maintenance & Quality Control: Inspecting returned tools for wear, defects, or damage. Arranging for repairs, sharpening, or recalibration when necessary.
- Stock Ordering: Monitoring supply levels and ordering replacement parts, tooling, or new equipment as needed.
- Organization: Keeping the tool crib secure, clean, and neatly arranged so items can be retrieved quickly.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of various hand tools, machine tools, and equipment.
- Computer Literacy: Ability to use inventory software, Microsoft Excel, and barcode scanners.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail to ensure zero missing tools and accurate stock records.
- Communication: Ability to work effectively with floor workers, management, and tool vendors.
- Should be an ITI , Diploma or any graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
