We are looking for a dedicated site professional to ensure our design vision translates perfectly into physical reality.
Role Overview
You will be the owner of the site—responsible for the day-to-day construction oversight of hospital projects. You will act as the bridge between our design team and the ground reality, ensuring that every beam, wall, and medical gas line is installed exactly per the approved drawings and NABH/preparedness standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Compliance (Primary)
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring all work is conducted strictly as per the approved architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
- Prevent deviations by conducting regular line-by-line checks of civil works, finishing, and medical equipment installation.
2. Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between Hospaccx, the Promoter (client), Architects, and the Design Team.
- Facilitate daily/weekly meetings to resolve design vs. site clashes and ensure timely decision-making without delaying the project timeline.
3. Quality Control & Deficiency Management
- Conduct rigorous physical inspections of ongoing work to identify structural, finishing, or planning deficiencies.
- Issue corrective action memos to contractors and verify implementation before proceeding to the next stage.
4. Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
- Be the go-to person for all site-related activities. This includes receiving materials, checking mock-up rooms, verifying medical equipment placement, and reporting progress back to the Hospaccx headquarters.
Required Experience & Skills
- Domain Expertise: Must have 1-2 years of hands-on experience handling hospital construction sites (mandatory). Experience with OPDs, IPDs, OT (Operation Theatres), or ICU build-outs is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and basic AutoCAD (for viewing/measurement) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills to manage contractors and empathetic communication to deal with hospital promoters.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
