Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Position Overview
The HR Manager shall be responsible for managing all Human Resources and
Administrative functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with labour laws,
eAicient workforce management, payroll administration, recruitment, employee
engagement, and factory compliance activities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports.
2. Payroll & Compensation Management
Oversee monthly payroll processing.
Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and salary calculations.
Coordinate with Accounts for salary disbursement.
Ensure statutory deductions and compliance.
3. On-Site Team Management
Supervise HR activities for site employees and contractual staA.
Coordinate manpower deployment across project locations.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and workforce productivity.
Resolve employee grievances and operational issues.
4. Factory Compliance & Labour Law Management
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records, registers, and compliance documents.
Coordinate inspections and audits by government authorities.
Monitor contractor compliance and documentation.
5. Factory Visits & Employee Relations
Conduct regular factory and site visits.
Review workforce discipline, safety, and welfare measures.
Address employee concerns and recommend corrective actions.
Support management in maintaining a positive work culture.
6. HR Administration
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Issue appointment letters, increment letters, warning letters, and other HR
communications.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
Implement HR policies and procedures.

The HR Manager shall be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, legal
compliance, workforce management, and alignment of HR practices with organizational
objectives while supporting the growth and operational eAiciency
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
