Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to generate new leads and business opportunities
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable technology solutions
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update customer information accurately
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market reach and increase revenue streams
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that support sales objectives and brand awareness
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals efficiently
- Experience in B2B sales, especially within technology or technical sales environments
- Proficiency in telemarketing, inside sales, and outbound calling techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage clients
- Ability to understand technical products or services and convey complex information clearly
- Customer service orientation combined with proactive business development skills
