Job Title: Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary / Primary)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Mother Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for nurturing and educating young learners in a safe, engaging, and child-friendly environment, ensuring their overall academic, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment for young children
- Teach basic concepts such as literacy, numeracy, and environmental awareness
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Monitor and support students’ emotional, social, and behavioral development
- Supervise children during class, playtime, and other school activities
- Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness, and learning materials
- Identify individual learning needs and provide additional support where required
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Ed./D.Ed. or equivalent preferred)
- Prior experience in pre-primary or primary teaching is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children
- Ability to use creative and interactive teaching methods
