Job Title: Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical installations, operations, and maintenance for a state-of-the-art Data Centre project in Pune. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget while meeting high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules and E-BOQ for electrical works.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including HT & LT systems, backup generators, UPS, and earthing systems.
- Prepare material requirement and get necessary approvals
- Liaise with vendors & local electricity boards for getting drawing approvals & power sanctioning letter
Team Management:
- Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Ensure alignment with project goals, deadlines, and safety standards.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to understand and fulfil project requirements.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and resolve issues promptly.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all electrical works adhere to national and international safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety protocols (HSE).
- Familiarity with QA/QC documentation
Resource Management:
- Manage procurement and inventory of electrical materials and equipment.
- Optimize resource allocation for timely project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in data centre or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of HT & LT systems, power distribution, and backup power solutions.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software. Preferably MS office, MS Projects & Auto CAD
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
