Job Title: Project Coordinator – Glass & Interior Works

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate glass, aluminium, ACP, and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, monitoring project progress, managing material requirements, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed within the scheduled timeline and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor multiple glass and interior projects simultaneously.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, work progress reports, and site status updates.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, and site requirements.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of works.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Follow up on approvals, drawings, material submissions, and work execution.
- Assist in preparing quotations, work orders, variation orders, and project documentation.
- Monitor manpower deployment and resource allocation at project sites.
- Identify project risks, delays, and issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support billing, work completion documentation, and project handover processes.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experiencein project coordination, preferably in glass, aluminium, ACP, façade, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and site coordination.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in glass fabrication, aluminium systems, ACP works, curtain wall glazing, and interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of project documentation, billing, and material management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and project tracking tools is an added advantage.
