Job Summary - We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Associate to drive partnerships with colleges and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting Trustudent's solutions, onboarding colleges, building long-term relationships, and expanding our presence across campuses.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
Schedule and conduct meetings with principals, management, placement officers, and administrative teams.
Present Trustudent's value proposition and partnership benefits.
Generate leads and convert them into active college partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the student verification process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of colleges.
Track sales activities and maintain CRM records.
Represent Trustudent at educational events, seminars, and career fairs.
Meet monthly partnership and business growth targets.
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in meeting decision-makers and handling negotiations.
Excellent relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Ability to travel for client meetings and field visits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, EdTech, or B2B partnerships preferred.
