Die Designer (HPDC – High Pressure Die Casting)
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in HPDC die design.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design dies for high-pressure die-casting components.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
- Develop die layouts, cooling systems, and gating designs.
- Coordinate with production and tool room teams.
- Analyze die performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure manufacturability and cost optimization.
- Support die trials and validation activities.
- Maintain design documentation and engineering records.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
