We are a growing real estate company specializing in premium residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate quality leads, and schedule site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through online portals and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and explain project details.
- Schedule site visits for interested clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
